NEW CLIENTS
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required from all new clients. Please send your e-Transfer to killerbeautystudio@gmail.com immediately after booking to confirm your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the payment of the appointment.
Address details will be sent via e-mail after booking. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please try again.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, I have the right to refuse service, and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
All cancellations/resechduling requires at least 24 hours advance notice. After 24 hours clients will be subject to a $50 fee, payable immediately.
PRE-APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in. Your appointment is booked for an allocated amount of time, and starts at the time selected. More time on the lash bed, means more lashes on your eyes!
Avoid any caffeine before your appointment to eliminate eye twitching. It's much harder to lash a moving target!
Remove all makeup and wash your lashes before your appointment. Dirty lashes reduces retention.
If you wear eye contacts, you do not need to remove them but they can get dry.
No talking or moving around. While I love to get to know you, any talking or movement makes it difficult to apply your lashes.
Phone must be put away and set to silent to avoid distractions.
Dress in layers in case you get cold or hot.
No guests are not allowed.
PAYMENT
Cash is preferred. E-Transfers will be subject to 13% HST, excluding your initial deposit.
MY GUARANTEE
My clients experience great retention with their lashes, as some only have to come in every 6 weeks! Check out the RETENTION highlight on my Instagram for some examples!
However, mistakes do happen. If you have any issues with your lashes, you must notify me immediately. I will provide any adjustments free of charge within the first week as I see fit.Â
Please note, if you do not follow proper care instructions, I will not be held responsible. In this case, you will need to book an appointment for any corrections.
